Project Overview

Nexain Arabia developed a full-featured HRM system for UAE organizations covering the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, employee records, leave, attendance, payroll, loans, training, termination, and end-of-service management. The system is role-based for HR, managers, employees, payroll officers, and PROs, providing operational efficiency and compliance across multiple offices.

Phase 3 - Employee Profile & Documents

Employee records, manager details, document management, and expiry alerts for Passport, Visa, Emirates ID, contracts, and certificates.

Phase 4 - Hiring & Onboarding

Hiring requests, offer generation, onboarding checklists, and task assignments for HR, IT, managers, employees, and PROs.

Phase 5 - Leave Management

Leave types, policies, balances, requests, approvals, manager oversight, and automated notifications.

Phase 6 - Attendance & Timesheets

Manual entry, biometric, mobile check-in, and timesheets for flexible, remote, and overseas employees.

Phase 7 - Visa & Compliance Tracking

Employment visa, visit visa, Emirates ID tracking, and expiry alerts for HR and PRO.

Salary structures, deductions, WPS export, payroll runs, payslip generation, and adjustments.
